Welcome to Shamans Hearth Spiritual Community, founded by Debra Irestone, DMin, MA.  Shamans Hearth is located at 11970 Portland Avenue in Burnsville, Minnesota.  It is the first congregation of Venus Rising Association, based in Whittier, NC.  Shamans Hearth encourages community and support for those on a conscious journey of transformation and change.

“Shamanic psycho-spiritual” are the words we use to describe our programs. “Shamanic” refers to the death of the old self and rebirth of the new. “Psycho-” describes how this experience is deeply rooted in our psyche and psychological processes. “Spiritual” expresses our belief that we are spiritual beings having a human experience. Our programs offer a variety of teachings and methods for shamanic transformation.

Step willingly into the void and spiral around to the next octave of incarnation while still remaining in this physical body. As we spin through this transformational vortex our hearts are broken wide open and we shift from our ego’s agenda to our soul’s deeper purpose. We open to the lessons hidden deep within the intelligent heart, or the “heart/mind.” Soul extraction (letting go of our old “stuff”) and soul return (lost pieces of our soul reuniting with our physical, emotional and mental bodies) result in a new and richer perspective. Opening to this process over and over is the shamanic path—those who walk it embody shamanic consciousness in their everyday lives.

Our programs provide participants with shamanic wisdom teachings and principles that support the integration of the ego, soul and spirit. The process begins by remembering that we all walk the “spiral path” – an alchemical map of conscious co-creation and change. This map consists of five archetypal and elemental cycles – known as nature spirits or neteru – Water, Earth, Fire, Air and Spirit or Great Mystery. Awareness of these five cycles of change awakens our inner knower and way shower who then leads us through the shamanic portals of death and rebirth.

As we transform ourselves, we transform the world around us. Every inner shift in consciousness that we make individually informs and transforms the collective consciousness. It is not too late to open to love, to our heart’s wisdom and to simply do our part.

Deb Irestone, DMin, MA, is a Shamanic Breathwork Master Facilitator and Ordained Shamanic Minister.  She is the founder of Shamans Hearth Spiritual Community of Venus Rising, a non-profit 501c3.  She facilitates Shamanic Priestess Process and Magdalene Mystery Circles, individual and group Shamanic Breathwork sessions and Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator Training, including SHIP (Shamanic Healing Initiatory Process).

Those who complete certain programs offered through Shamans Hearth are eligible for Ordination as Shamanic Ministers through the Shamanic Minister’s Global Network.  Many of the offerings at Shamans Hearth are also available for credit through Venus Rising University.
